Terms of Delivery

Products will be shipped after transfer of payment to our bank account.

The shipment takes place right after payment receiving, latest within 14 work days. The delivery time depending on the target country can be looked up under SWISS POST. Please keep in mind that the delivery is depending on the speed of the processing of local customs additionally which we can not influence.

Prices listed do not include VAT-tax or shipping costs.

Customers in Switzerland will be charged the country's respective VAT-taxes which will be added to the transfer amount. Customers in other countries will be charged according to net-prices and products will be shipped from Switzerland. Country-specific VAT-taxes, as well as any other additional customs duties, are to be paid to the respective authorities upon delivery.

In addition to the article price, shipping fees will incur, regardless of country of delivery. We ship from Switzerland per SWISS POST and customers will be charged according to the fees incurred.

We also offer the option of cash on delivery for our Swiss and German customers. Please keep in mind that additional costs for cash on delivery will accrue:

• 30 SFr for Swiss shipping addresses
• 15,- € for German shipping addresses
